As a human rights professor, Latin America specialist, and former Naval diplomat, Pat has spent the past 20 years working with the region's top political, academic, non-government organization (NGO), and military experts. Bilingual and an expert on the cultural and political landscape of Latin America, Pat brings his unparalleled experience to help organizations create strategies and build strong international relationships. 

Pat frequently collaborates with U.S. government agencies such as the Department of State, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Department of Defense, and other members of the inter-agency team. His academic and NGO partnerships include the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA), the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars, the Brookings Institution, and the U.S. Naval Academy, among others.
